Over the past two years, the Job Site Ready Program has worked with 200+ individuals from across the state to arm them with the skills needed to jump-start their career in construction. From Billings to Browning to Bozeman, we know that when Montanans enhance their skills with Job Site Ready training, they continue to transform the communities that they live in, too.
We are thrilled to announce an expansion of this programing through the support of a Lowes Foundation Gable Grant! With the support of this grant, we will be adding a mobile training unit to our toolbox and will be traveling across Montana to offer construction trades workforce training opportunities, prioritizing rural and indigenous communities as we continue to collaborate with our existing program delivery partners.
Does this sound like a good fit for your community? We’d love to hear from community leaders, organizations, and employers who are interested in hosting the mobile training unit. Please complete this form and we will be in touch:
If you are a learner who is interested in participating in a Job Site Ready training with an existing program partner or with the mobile training unit, we want to hear from you too! Please fill out this form to let us know where you want us to train next:
As we hit the road this summer, we hope that you will continue to tune-in to learn more about the amazing Montana communities, learners, and employers that we meet along the way. Keep an eye on this blog for updates as we travel to towns near you.
